Privacy policy
This page explains what Smart Scrap Metal Buyers collects through this website, why, and what happens to it. Last updated September 30, 2026.
Details the car form sends us
When you ask for a scrap car offer, the form sends the car's year, make, model and title status, your name, your phone number and the pickup address you type in. It also tags the request with this site's domain, so we can tell which site the request started on.
Why we ask for them
We use those details to call you about that car: to make an offer, arrange pickup and complete the sale.
Where it goes
Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection to the service we use to receive and route quote requests. The site itself is static and is served through a hosting provider that may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't set advertising cookies or run third-party ad trackers. If we add analytics later, this page will say so first.
